CryptoCurrency Security Standard Training

Please note that this is a live virtual training, and full attendance is required for all the days in your chosen track(s).

You’ll also need to confirm agreement with the role readiness self-attestation by checking the box to confirm that you meet the minimum experience requirements. This step is required before you can access the training.

The tracks are as follows:

  • Foundations (required first) - 2 or 4 days (16 hours total): Build a shared baseline across the whole Standard: how the CCSS is structured, how to scope a system, and how to recognize sufficient evidence for each control.
  • CCSSI (Implementer) Track - 2 or 4 days (16 hours total): Design and sequence controls for a real system, map gaps to requirements, and produce practical artifacts (procedures, diagrams, key ceremony documentation).
  • CCSSA (Auditor) Track - 2 or 4 days (16 hours total): Plan and execute an audit workflow end-to-end. Scoping and sampling, evidence-gathering, interviews, and defensible findings.

    Description

    To become a CCSS Implementer or Auditor, participants must complete the full live, virtual CCSS Training Program and pass the corresponding exam.

    Enrollment in the training automatically includes one exam attempt for the selected track, which will become available after you complete the training.

    Before registering, we recommend reviewing our certification path self-assessment document to confirm that the CCSS certification aligns with your background and goals. You’ll also be asked to confirm your eligibility by agreeing to the role readiness self-attestation, verifying that you meet the minimum experience requirements. This step is required to access the training.

    You only need to complete the Foundations course once. If you’ve already taken it, you do not need to repeat it.
